Why the hell is enlighter orange when all he has every done for the ski industry is steal peoples' ideas in order to steal peoples' money? Seriously, he stole my crew's name in order to make some tees to make some dough, and fucked it up because he's a dildo, and complained that we wouldn't give him money to make up for the fact that he couldn't even break even selling tall tees on newschoolers (how that happens is beyond me). Then when I try to support him by buying a couple shirts... he fucking steals my money. This kid should not be allowed to use the internet without AOL parental controls.
 
umm no I'm not happy because the game is either gonna suck or it's not gonna come out at all. If he can't handle selling a tangible good over the internet in a small quantity what is convincing people that he could design and distribute a game? Hell, he probably just wanted another excuse to get people to "donate" money to him.
 
No, he actually cleared it with NS I'm pretty sure and it's all checked out...he works for a game design company and he's legit. I don't know how you've had bad experiences in the past with him, but he's always been nice and agreeable with me.

I think he will be able to work it out, but if there is suspicion then maybe the admins can keep tabs and make sure that he actually is making progress.
 
able to work it out? he owes me $26 and has given me every bogus excuse in the book to not give it back for the past 2 months. I'm quite confident at this point that he has every intention of keeping my money, but he should know that I have every intention of reclaiming it. I'm not a big fan of people taking my shit and thinking it's ok.
 
Dude your the biggest idiot I have dealt with so far.

I asked you a million times to provide me with the e-mail you used to pay with, and you took 2 weeks to get it to me.

I also asked you to file a claim with paypal, you said that you had, but you didn't.

I had to look up your name in the order database because you refused to respond to any of the questions I asked with a proper answer.

Again I am sorry you didn't get them, you have been refunded.

 
The fact i payed 20 bucks for one tee, when he sold them for 10 bucks each like a week pissed me off. Plus the fact that a "4xl" tall tees wasn't even bigger than one of my xxl footlocker tees, BOTH armpit seems ripped open, AND it shrunk to probably about an XL tall tee and it suppose to be 4xl. I think he's lucky i haven't demanded my money back yet.
 
He's in a shitty situation right now.. Just give him sometime. When he gets the money he'll send it back, as he has told me and many others.

I straight up just told him don't worry about mine, when you get everything sorted out let me know. There is no rush..
 
Hopefully thats the message he got from me. I told him that he could refund me, and the money would be waiting to go back out for the shirts when he's ready.

hey vinny its skiierman, i was with him this weekend and he was telling me about your whole situation. i sent him money and he couldnt refund me either so i just picked up my tees when i visited him. but i know you cant do that and im letting you know that i was there when he checked paypal and no dispute was filed. he got pissed at paypal saying how its fucked up that they dont let you know when a dispute was filed... honest mistake on his part, hes not trying to screw you over at all. i can see why youd think that and i worried about how many others out there might be feeling the same. despite loosing a whole lot of cash over the deal, he's been refunding everyone. oh and eheath, the shirt that ripped apart was it the black one? he told me when i got there that the manufacturer who made em screwed on the material and its wicked cheap shit that breaks in the wash. first time trying this out, theres bound to be problems... and this one ended him up in a few hundred deep hole. hes a good kid. everyone else thats involved are all good people too, just a shitty situation they found themselves in so lay off the hate on all ends. but yeah im 100 percent positive in the end itll turn out where all the customers will end up with what they began with.
 
Um how else would they be sized? xt? no. All footlocker/champs tall tees are an xl size with TALL added, you're a moron.
 
Your right, everytime a member-to-member complaint comes up we should just delete it. Thats an awesome policy...

If we did that you guys would start screaming 'censorship11!1!!!1' like it was going outta style. so no, we dont delete these.
 
BUMP! I probably will make a new thread anyway but I have yet to recieve 15 of my dollars from Enlghter. I've emailed him and PMed him and he has stopped responding to either. I really hate to call him out as unlegit, because he's hit a hard spot and I understand that, but he's stopped communicating and I'll take that as a sign to take action.

No, I can't file a claim because I waited to damn long to get worried. Fuck me up the butthole for being a nice guy, really.
 
so you know he did give me my money back sometime this summer while I was off at my summer job (with no internet). he still seems to have some bad debt with others though so hopefully everyone gets their shit back.

and thanks for not deleting my perfectly legit thread.
 
i dotn think the game will come out.

with the whole peace coast tee shirt bullshit dilema, and the fact that you advertise your new eco friendly computer business, and you still say your making a ski game. i ahve serious doubts in it

if you have a problem deal with it between members. making threads about it is pointless because most of the time someone will just miss it.

and the ski game is in progress. why does everyone doubt it? it takes major companies years to create games, its not gonna take a few months for him and his crew to get it together. and at the same time the eco-comps just launched. the funds from that project will help with the ski game. you people dont deserve to get the game wen it comes out just for ur bitching(speaking to the people unrelated to what the thread was created for in the first place. people with personal problems obv arent bitching about a game).

 
Its not that big of a deal, really, but he hasn't gotten back to me in 3 weeks. All I asked was for him to keep me updated on what was going on and not to forget about me, but he hasn't come through even in that regard. If he'd kept me updated he could've probably just ended up keeping it. Its only $15.

I'll admit that I might've freaked out a little, but seriously, any established member should try and do anything they can to make things right, even if it is just a PM every week...
