Hello thar skiers, Matt Hollman here. I have a trailer to show you guys. It is super late to come out with a trailer but hey...this is my last ski movie in the industry and I wanted to end with something special, it may not be supercore high definition imax status but it's going to have a lot of personality in it. And the best part is, you guys don't have to pay for it, I will post the entire movie on the internet once it is done and I will post last years movie Fashion Show as well.

Now to talk about Piece, I came up with this title with the expectations of you guys either hating the movie or loving it. I know that there will be no in between. If you think it's a piece of shit, I did my job. If you think it's a piece of art, I did my job. Also "Peace out ski industry." Yeah something super clever and genious.

The riders in this film are: Christopher Honeywell, Matt Margetts, Paul Trafford, Alex Maier, Mikee Lifshitz, Stu Chapman, Andrew Heneghan, Alex Wall, Eric Norman, Adriaan Geraets, Travis Steeger, and more.

Moving to California to go into real film. I might come back in 5 years, who knows!

All the park footage is from Whistler Blackcomb, from everything I saw (including the colorado/utah parks) they had the best park by far.

Also I'm stuck at 99% on vimeo so I'm not sure what's happening, the next time I post it'll be with a link. Thanks for being patient.

seemed more like a segment than a teaser...shorten it up a bit and itll be sick

I think what he means is that the typical pressures of "gotta sell this movie, make it appeal to skiers!" are gone due to the fact that it's a free release and that he doesn't give too much fuck. It's great to feel non epileptic and watch a full shots in the teaser, I want to see more.
 
its funny because that trailer had so much more in common with a professional video than most other trailers. look at the facts: mostly BC and urban, very little park footage. Most of the rails hit at night were hit with full light setup. Most of the rails were very burly. Most of the very burly rails had tricks thrown on them

sick trailer, cant wait to see the finished outcome, thanks in advance for actully putting some decent effort into a film
