Just beat the shit out of it with a hammer, that usually makes a good engraving.

You need a diamond tip,

i would not use a dremel , you will just scratch your pipe or break it,

just use the bit to etch in an engraving, (good luck)

but it is not easy, i have tried and failed,

my dad is good at it, but then again its part of his job.

why would you even want to do it in the first place? but if you really need to get a glass cutter at like home depot
