Energy for the Mountain

if you need "fuel" for the mountain other then getting rid of hunger. you must not feel the same way i do about sking.
 
The overall stoke that i am privilidged enough to go skiing and just have no responibility but to shred and the stoke of seeing my friends is all i need
 
i agree haha...if im hungry when im skiing im a little bitch and wont do anything haha

and i find that with energy drinks i get overly pumped adn then crash really fast...ending my ski day much quicker...i just get tired/unmotivated much more quickly.

the less caffeine i have when skiing hte better i usually do.
 
usually coffee, water, and tylenol. depending on the severity of the hangover i'll get a bacon/egg bagel at the hill.

 
couldnt agree more. i almost never eat enything for breakfast when i ski. and the most i usually have for lunch is like a bag of peanut m&ms. but a cofee in the morning and maybe a vitamin water energy at lunch go a long ways
