End of season

Well my season ended today. It was confirmed that I broke my collar bone overshooting a 35ft. jump to flat... I'm pretty bummed. I learned switch backies and was progressin' like mad. So I'm wondering if anyone else has had any season ending injuries? Sorry kinda pointless thread but I'm pissed.

On a brighter note I trolled the fuck outa some gaper on FB.
 
sucks man, my season took a pretty big blow today aswell. Have a possible fractured ankle. Need more x-rays in a week to see if it is fractured or not. I was in the same boat as you too by the sounds of it, really felt like I was progressing every day. Just gonna rest and hit the physio hard. Had some pretty bad injuries in the past during the winter and the hardest part is just trying to stay positive while everyone else is out skiing. So keep you're head up man, and try to do what the doctors tell you.
 
Damn mine pretty much ended monday. I skied at my local hill and actually progressed a bunch. No jumps though. :( EVERYTINGS MEEEELLLTINGGGG
 
i got lucky last season. i had a grade 3 separated shoulder adn tore all of the ligaments connecting my collar bone and shoulder. it was supposed to be 6 to 8 weeks but i was back skiing in 4 for the last couple weeks of the season.
