Employee Pick section

Went to my local movie rental store and I always go to the Employee Pick section first to see what they recommend I see.

Thought it might be cool to have a permanent spot on the main NS hub for a daily Employee Pick of a video, picture, news story, old, new, whatever!, etc... idk? just a thought? It could also take a unique spin where they have a "guest employee" (ie pro skier, company, resort) that would recommend something for a day.

Industry pick? Picked by a different pro or figure? Every week might be more practical.
 
This: Maybe have them choose something from user uploads, not another orange name. Get someone some exposure.
 
Yeah I think it would be beneficial to have some sort of recommendation space whether it be from NS employees and/or industry folk. Weekly or biweekly seems more reasonable. Not sure if we should put too many restrictions on it? It can be "big names" pros, company owners, resort peeps, terrain park managers, filmers, photographers, prominent NS members, etc.... Also, the content can be almost anything, maybe not just user or NS content? We can obviously point to NS content, but maybe point to other action sports content, music videos, clothing, gear, weather forecast, world news topic, etc... Just think the possibilites are endless and it can add even more depth to NS and the freeski community.

And yes, I support my local mom and pop movie shop. Not as often as I used to, but every so often :)
