i figured the title would get attention

ok let's all stop hating on empire yeah it's expensive, sure dumont could afford to sell the stuff cheaper, but the point of creating a company in for it to self profit, and be overall sucessful on its own so even if they create god damn wrist bands for $50 a piece (no they haven't) just stop hating, the company will either live, or die

here's the probelm i see most ppl have with empire.. according to dumont the idea behind the company was originally was to make products for the consumer, make what the people want, by charging a bunch for stuff like bandana's and especially neck gators and stuff it no longer seems to be for the consumer but rather to make a profit.

i understand certain things are expensive, but the bandanna is not a lot to spend it's $8

demand rises the prices will fall

i dont really mind that everything is expensive but i think the shirts are just straight up retarded.....im just glad there is nothign resembeling skiing on the shirts cuz that is one way of making skiing getting a bad reputation or just looking retarded...

technically its the other way around, if the prices stay high and know one buys the company goes under but once they get on their feet they will hopefully lower prices which in turn will drive demand up, but i get your point.

honestly their has not been a thread about empire for a couple of months so your just bringing the subject up again but i like empire personally.

the only sick thing they carry is the pete warmer, never seen a hat/gator combo before, plus it's like super tall and floppy and crotched, so you know time was put into it so i think that it's worth the money. Gloves are pretty sick too

The gloves are brilliant, Visually they may not be the best but performance wise and value for money the are real dope.I dropped some cash on them expecting not a lot and got a real high quality glove.
I was stoked on the product but the lack of originality is weak.

Candide's mit ill be dope too.

Someone posted the Slamina teaser on a mountain bike site, the general concensus was that skiers dress funny.

yeah simon is the last person i could see caring about other people. he may be a good skier, but he is totally in love with himself.
the fact that is way overpriced, and that its some of the most uncreative stuff ever is why the company sucks, its just their name and dumb generic logo all over everything. and the shirt with the skanky bitch just makes you look like a tool.
if dumont wasnt such a cocky tool, or atleast if their stuff was somewhat cool looking and creative then id maybe buy it.
