Empire attire

i have had a pair for about two years and there amazing, they are so warm and durable, my leather is a little worn on them but its just what happens with every leather glove. i live in the east coast so the temperature get pretty low hear and my hands have never been cold in them. i would deffinetly suggest them to anyone.
 
don't know about the mitts but i have some of their New York II gloves (leather ones from last year) and they are pretty sick. i have pretty poor circulation (that is, compared to my friend who wears pipe gloves when its -10 F outside) and my hands haven't been fine so far. i would guess the mitts are pretty good too.
 
I ordered a pair of jossi mitts on the 18th and have yet to get them after paying for priority shipping. Hopefully if you buy a pair you have better luck
 
has anyone else had problems with Empire? I got my new Jossi mitts today, cut the label off of them and while going to try them on realize both mittens are for the left hand. WTF? Really? 2 left hand mittens labeled, packaged, and then sent out... talk about being stoked on a package and coming to find out the only fuck up they could have made besides size, they made...Hopefully I won't have to pay to ship them back just to fix the mistake that they made. Almost feel like asking for a refund because I rather support another company.
 
After being contacted by their manufacturing guy, I'm being sent a new pair of mittens and another pair of gloves/mittens on top of that. Awesome customer service, they acknowledged the mistake and made up for it 10 fold. As far as quality it is amazing and would def suggest grabbing a pair.
