Hoodratz i was wondering if you could post the bands you are calling emo other then dashboard confessional and yellowcard... i don't like either of those bands. But i do like thursday, northstar, silverstein, brand new, and those sorts of bands. i dont consider them emo at all.

who care if you think emo sucks. I used to listen to a lot of emo and I still listen to a little. Im not going to single out mytastes by not only listening to one type of music. I listen to emo / screamo like the ataris, tbs, etc.., hardcore like minor threat, older punk like the ramones, sex pistols, new punk like distillers, rancid, defiance, and cheap sex. i listen to some hip hop but I cant stand gangsta rap. Oh well I dont know what the point of that whole thing was just to point out not to single yourself out to one type of music and youll appreciate other music more.
