He posted something of what I was going to post. I don't have a huge understanding of it, but it is FAR more complex than most people realize. It is not as simple as 'they generate more revenue they should get paid more' although I agree with that in principle. It is not cut and dry the way lots of people think it is. I would encourage many of the people chanting about equal pay to actually do a bit of research. I'm not saying it will, or should, change their opinion, but they really need to understand that the pay structure is different for men and women.
 
Too bad the black mental patient in florida who took bath salts and ate the homeless guys face was shot and killed by the police, because he wouldve been a great catch for elizabeth swaney.
