Dude Electric is awsome, im friends with this girl whos dad helps run the company...im talkin at the very top. They are such nice people, do great work, and produce a great product im sure they'd love to help you out.

the fact that the second the numbers show that the freeskiing program isnt bringing in the dollars it will get cut, just like a whole lot of other companies...just because a company sponsors big names and makes decent goggles doesnt mean they care about skiing....its pretty easy for something dope to get cut...you all remember freeze? it was financially better for transworld to cut it, so they did....dont think other companies dont feel the same way about skiing
^I wouldnt go that far, electric have been sponsoring some dope ass skier for a while now and from what I heard from their atletes, they take good care of their riders.
They surely arent pushhing slkiing as much as spy, smith or oakley but the company is sick and desreve it's plafce in the industry.

A large problem with your comparison to Freeze is that they are nothing like them. They are a completely independent company owned by former athletes, and Freeze was owned and cut by AOL Time Warner. Electric is currently prospering as much as any other new company out there, why would they cut their ski program when it is their largest growning market? Let's also consider one of the owners is Jimbo Morgan - I'm sure you don't know who he is considering your previous lack of information, but he was one of the original freeskiers. Electric makes dope products, and they are a great company. Stick to talking about things you know something about.

i for sure know who jimbo is, and i think hes a rad guy for sure...and i never meant any disrespect to him. My point is that i know alot of people who have been involved with the company in the past and been really disappointed with the support that the ski team got from electric as a whole. Im just saying jimbo doesnt have alot to work with, and as much as he might want to run a sick program, i dont think electric is fully behind it.
As far as the kid calling me out on having different goggle sponsors...first off thats completely irrelevant, second off anon and smith are both dope companies, they just didnt have what i was looking for as far as involvement with the company. Gabe at smith is fucking sick and does everything he can for his riders, and ill always appreciate that, but im used to riding with small new companies, so it was tough to feel like your input got anywhere with smith...

also you seem to think that just because companies are run by dope people that they are immune to having financial decisions to make. I see your stoked on dynastar judging by your name, did you know that the freeskiing program got cut 40% from last season to this year? and 20% of whats left is getting cut for next season? Yea dion is a rad former athlete too, and takes care of his team, (which is sick) but that still doesnt stop a company from having to make cuts

Dynastar's budget was cut 40% last year - and will be cut 20% this year? First of all, this (again) is not relavent to the conversation, and secondly, I believe, is simply not true. How they could do this and re-sign Marion, Rainville, and Vanular when they all had breakout years is laughable. As this sort of information isn't given out freely, I would like to hear your source on this second outrageous claim of your's.

It sounds to me like you need to tell me who these athletes are who were close enough to the company to know the owner's TRUE intentions, and if we're talking about kids that don't even deserve a pair of goggles, let's be frank here: there are plenty of people out there who think they should be winning the X-Games every year without a goggles sponsor. If these people you speak of don't think they get enough support from a sponsor, obviously their talent level couldn't have anything to do with it, could it? But trust me on this one, it's not going to happen. Line dropped their whole team because they didn't know how to run a ski company, and made huge mistakes. Electric has been killing it in every aspect of their business, and the ski market is nothing different for them. They will be around for a while, trust me.
