EHP 193 thoughts

Hey can anyone give me a personal review of the 193's or an idea of what there like, or what you think of them?
 
i heard from our regional 4frnt rep that the 190 ehp is the same ski as the big black vct from the season prior. soooo it should ski a lot (exactly) like that one. i'm sure some people on here have skied that model.
 
I've got a buddy who is basically using the 93's as his resort ski, and he loves them. He's a really solid big mountain skier, so don't expect to turn these things more than about 4 times each run. But if you do plan on skiing everything mach 30 and find comfort in the fact that if you run into a rock or animal it will probably explode, these skis are for you.
 
I don't see why you couldn't use the 193 as a resort ski, the lack of camber shouldn't cause much of a problem, especially if you're using it primarily for fresh days.
 
i am planning on using it as a go fast ski that i would use on not so soft day's i have a pair of Ak's for pow
 
if u do park get the 193 and centre mount...this suit is NOT black haha im so funny, but yeah I think unless u charge lines 100% of the time they would be a retarded choice for a ski, my opinion dont hate
 
well im lookin now at the 190's instaed so i dont have to be in the pow the percentage of the time cause as i said i'm getting them for hard go fast day's i, have pow skis.
 
Or Baker, anywhere in Utah, alot of Colorado, Mt. Hood, Alaska...lots of places get tons of snow and would be prime stomping grounds for the 193s...
 
i know you wouldn't normally, but if you would run into one on your way back to the lift. i guess you just have to take into consideration how often you might run into a run like that.
 
Oh definitely, I was just saying that if you live where there is alot of soft snow, this could be a great ski, naturally you'd have to adapt your style to suit the skis, but I think they could be a solid choice for a large, charging pow ski. But for variable conditions something a tad shorter and with camber would be preferred.
 
How bout you sack up, get some if you dont already have em, and take em down an icy groomer right into a lift pole?
 
i skied on the 193's for one run thats all it took to realise they are scary mother fuckers. if you ski these everyday you are the man. i ski on my 179 seths for everything. the other week i skied on next years labs, i think there 197's and 107mm in the waist, nearly center mounted they were a blast had to be charging if i wanted to turn but were real stable, deffinitly handled better on piste then the ehp, i know 2 guys that ride there EHP on big lines and love um, but you have to be a charger, if your not you won't have fun on them.
