Eggs.

So basically i love eggs on average i will have 8-7 eggs a week. My mom is giving me shit for it because she says they have to much cholesterol but heres the thing, i play football for my school and we practice everyday after school. Not to mention that i play competitive lacrosse( season ended is august) ski, mountain bike go for jogs and go to the weight room occasionally so its safe to say that i am very active. Is cholesterol really something i have to worry at age 14?
 
not at the age 14, you wont have an attack, but maybe when your older

and i might be wrong but there is good and bad cholesterol, and the one in the eggs is not bad (i think)
 
I dont really know what im talking about, but I don't think an egg or 2 a day will be a problem unless you eat a rediculas amount of other high cholesterol stuff.

your mom doesn't know shit. eggs are probably the best thing ever for an athlete, aside from chicken. eat all the eggs you want goddammit.
