EG2 pouch??

ordered my EG2s today, got white and grey ones but they have this stupid little pouch on the strap... wondering if anyone has em and knows if it comes off or if ill have to cut it off when they come, thanks!
 
comps helmates are a must and it wont really fit under, plus it looks a little silly... i was just wondering if it goes on and off or if its sown in
 
Goggle fanny packs are hot shit why would you cut it off? You can hold your chapstick, coins, nugs, band aids, skittles, etc. in it.
 
i dont get it...whyd you buy them if they didnt fit under your helmet?

and im sure the thing isnt like, riveted on there. just take a razorblade and cut the stitching from the pouch to the strap.

it aint rocket science bub.
 
Im not stupid mayne.... I orderered it online--> while i wait for it to get here i was wondering if it was sticked on or when i wanna wear it in a comp would i have to cut it off---> so i came to NS and got a few good responses and a few retorical smart ass ones, not helping...
 
it is possible to remove it without cutting it. BUT you must remove the strap which if you do it to many times its gonna get really loose.. so i would remove it taking the strap off then later, if you want it back on attach it by some other means, maybe velcro or a safety pin or something...or mail it to me.
 
idk if this helps at all cal, but, if you cut it off just sew velcro to it so next time if you want it back on it will be a snap to take it off/put it on
 
my white eg.2s had the pouch. I took a pair of scissors to it and it came off clean. Threw that shit out and never spoke of it again.
