No, it's not true. It was "developed" by accident when a scientist spilled some on his hand and he tripped. It was studied by the government to see if it could be used as mind control. didnt work though.

Acid is some crazy, crazy shit. Probably one of the coolest things you can ever do. Doing it a couple times will have no impact on your health, I'm glad it's something I've been able to experience. If you've never tripped though you have *no* concept of how powerful this stuff can be. When you're tripping really hard you're in another world entirely, almost anything is possible.
