I'm from Sherwood Park, and last year I skied at Sunridge, but it sucks crap, so this year I got a pass at Rabbit, and their terrain park kicks some serious booty.
I just moved to edmonton from red deer to go to the university... I'll be the kid taking the bus to rabbit hill... soon as i figure out where it stops...
I have a house in fernie which is where I spend most of my weekends and my rets own one in canmore so you can also find me in Kickinghorse when the highway is open
Edmonton here, skiing on... dunno yet. Most likely Scratch FS WRS this season, or Laroses. But maybe 04 TMs...And if the wallet permits, Scratch BC WRS.
Can be found at Rabbit, Snow Valley, Marmot, Fernie, Sunshine, Louise, Nakiska, Pano, Kicking horse... wherever the snow is good. I'm easy to spot, I V-bomb and Snow plow down the whole mountain.
^ well I don't know you but , Some people In my ski club sort of know you, and I think my brother might too. I wanted to come to that rail jam, but I wasn't allowed to leave my school. I Go to River Glen, behind the memorial center.
well this thread is old, and we edmonton people post in the calgary/banff forum now. But I ride at valley and go to school at shep. Any one go to shep on here?
Sorry you couldn't make it, i woulda let you ride. A couple kids from lacombe came out for it. It was a fun event, i'm sad i didn't get any pictures out of it. This year's Student Council was stoked on hosting it again this year, and I'll be back in red deer by then so i'll see if they're going to hold the rail jam again.
i ski snow valley practically every day its a shitty hill but me and my friends make it fun, i also am on the esc freestyle team and they have a really good park, rabbits amazing compared to valley and i try to ski there as often as i can
I drove by Edmonton ski club tonight and it was the most depressing thing I've ever seen. It was pitch black and all the lights were out except for one spot light on the bunny hill, with one kid on a snowboard riding up the rope tow.
im from st.albert and, at least last year, id go to rabbit at least once a week. even though i suck ass. rabbits not too bad, mountains are obviously better but yeah, got some sick features in the park
