I have a shitty vid cam that can wit a shitty prog, i can hook it up to the comp, and get PICTURES off,but not vid, does ne1 no of an UPLOADING prog that i can get on kazaa?

 
Final Cut Pro is the shit! Thats what I use, you can pretty much do anything with it. A lot of people use Premier which is cool beacause you use two monitiors (one to edit on and one to see what you have completed) but i like Final Cut.

I had the same problem. What kinda camera do you have, that might help a little. If it isnt digi, then you need a capture card.

Well you can only use Final Cut if you have a Mac because there isn't a PC version. Go with Adobe Premier if you have a PC. And you can use final cut on two monitors to who ever said that because I have done it before.

 
i have a Jvc regular vid cam but it comes with this thing on the side that i can put a wire into, i can hook up my cam to my comp and get pics off, but i just need a prog that works for windows

 
you need a lot more than just a program. You need a clue.
