im looking for a legit editing program that has a lot of sick effects... my friend uses final cut pro but i m broke and dont just have $1000 laying around so i was wondering if anyone can give me some suggestions around or under $500????

Get Final Cut Express, its just like FCP but without a couple of features. I think its around 300

pretty much just browse thepiratebay.org for FCP Studio 2. Read the reviews. The entire thing is 52 gb. if you just want FCP its like 3 GB. DO IT, BACARDI AND COLA
