Editing question

I've edited lots of different things, but i've never figured out how to put Titles that are partially behind like something in the video and it stays in one place even as the video moves? I don't exactly know how to describe it but I was wondering how to do it, if anyonecould help that would be awesome!

ha you need to motion track that shit (the tracker in after effects blows)... prolly like PF track and then do some form of roto or masking to get that shit in the background.

its called masking. either after effects or apple motion does it.

Ok so i have after effects now, how exactly do I do masking and then import it into adobe premiere?

you need to finalize the clip and save in after effects, then put the entire clip back into premier, should be easy
