Edited DSLR videos on Instagram??

Hey guys,

I'm trying to put a timelapse I made on instagram, and I've run into a problem.How do you guys put the video onto your phones? I have an Iphone 5, and I've tried to email it to myself, upload it to google drive, use dropbox, and nothing will let me download it.

One time i tried using apples email app and it did let me download it, but it won't play.

So my question is, what do you guys use to put it on your phones, and how do you render it to play? I'm using sony vegas pro 11

Photos are easy as hell, I said video, but whatever.

Export 720x720, drop it into your dropbox folder, open instagram, select video, select gallary and you should get an option to upload from drop box, navigate to your video and boom youre set

I export out of fcpx as "apple devices 720p" then put it in my Dropbox, go to the Dropbox app on my phone, find the video, save it to my phone, put it thru the SquareadyVideo app cuz I don't like square video, then upload it to Instagram.
