Edit drought - Where the fuck are the good edits?

I don't really fuck with instagram cuts unless its linked to a longer piece, I always prefer a more fleshed out edit because thats usually where you'll find the thoughtful and quality peices, as apposed to a few clips thrown together

not usually one to toot my own horn but since there's a drought, I'm stoked to share what Jack Finn and I have been working on the last month:

Long lens is life bro. Big ups.

Also, some of those shots on the 2nd PC jump got me feeling the vibe of some old shit I used to do. Once again big ups, you're crushing it on the filming.

Yup. The shot from behind the tree reminded me of that Clownschool edit you made for that team contest way back in the day. Good shit

Also one of my best friends is roommates with Jack Finn’s brother. He showed me some of his edits a while back and the kid throws down.

^thanks for the love everyone, really hyped on the response so far with this edit!

damn this means a lot coming from you man, truely

cant tell you how many hours I put into your Vimeo page back in high school when I should have been working haha, you’re a big influence in my ski film style and also probably contributed to the reasons of why I ended up in Utah

by far my favorite of yours is “Daydream” which I think is what you’re referring to. When I saw all the perfect long lens moving shots of the takeoff of the second jump, especially Ware’s sw dub 9, my jaw dropped. It’s so much more engaging IMO to see the mountains swooping behind the skier making the tricks look larger than life, vs. throwing the lens on the widest setting and skiing alongside them
