alright my TNK's have some edge prblems and u can see the core, according to 3 guys at my mountain in the shop, its been like this since the 10 day on them or so....Will 4frnt or getboards the company i bought them from refund them or give me new skis? Also if they wont is the best way to help the problem is just wait a couply days for the core to dry and then put apoxy in ther and clamp it?

Here are some pics

as you can see the worse area is under my heel piece where i dont grind the most...both skis are having problems

how old are they?

if there this years the u should deff bitch out 4frnt and make em give u new skis

if there over a year then they will prob just ignor you

wow. were you skiing on screwdrivers?

jesus!

send that pic to 4frnt and take them back son.

if you have a shop that has 4frnt theyll hook you up with warrenteeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeez.

no, just sum stuff here in NC, so ive contacted 4frnt with email twice now, still no response....they dont have a phone number on ther site and ther is no dealer anywhere near here...should i try contacting getboards who i got them from?

For all warranty issues you should try contacting the place you originally bought the skis from... The shop will then tell you what you need to do. If you need to contact 4frnt, I'm sure getboard can hook you up with a number for warranty issues.

ya call get boards. send em the pic.

what the fuck dood?

you know there has to be snow on the mountain bike park to ski down it right?

just cause the rocks look white, doesnt mean itll work. haha

how exactly did that happen?

I hear getboards sells defective/second rate products...thats why they can keep their prices so cheap. Your not the first getboards horror story I've heard. Your better off just steering clear of them any coughin up the full price at your local shop

That's pretty rough. I work in a shop and if I saw skis like that, I wouldn't warranty them, especially since they weren't brought in as soon as the problems started.

Give it a shot though, all shops are different. I wouldn't put much hope in it though cause they have been beaten up pretty bad.

i no ther in bad shape...but ther is no shop around her or in the southeast that sells 4frnt's..........i still havnt been able to contact 4frnt even with the emails getboards gave me....

that is why you dont ride 4frnts, actually i usually hear that they are pretty durable. but never ever ever buy anything from get boards.

You should be able to get their customer care phone number. All manufactureres should have one, it's just a matter of trying to find it.

Thats recockulous, I've got over 200 days on my original ar5's (just urban the last two seasons) and they barely have any edge cracks. I normally only have good things to say about 4frnt but apparently the TNK is the worst made ski this side of china...

yea a just finaly cracked and am getting delam on my stls but thats after 2 and 1/2 years of beating them in the park over 200 days! I have never heard that about getboards and thats some serious accusations so hopefully their is some truth in that... But yea you need to talk with the place you bought them and explain that you havent been able to get through to anyone at 4FRNT and can they have a rep contact you!

Good Luck That shit is ridiculous!
