Edge problems

hey i just found out i broke an edge on my scratch sprayer bcs right underfoot should i jut rip it off its cut on both sides of the break like cut-----------a section of about 3 inches and another -------cut should i just pull that section out?

That needs to be attended to by someone that knows how to perform base work

Simply speaking it is likely that they will cut the broken edge out and epoxy a section in its place

I doubt you have the right equipment to do it, and it also depends if you have worked with epoxy before

 
Don't do anything. If you're sliding rails your edges will fall out. There's nothing you can do about it.
 
on my rossi scratch fs i know i caught a screw on a box first day and completly tore the base out, the edge litterally went into the base and it was nastythe wall was stilll goodif your wall is still good, a repair shop should be able to just cut the section of the edge off and screw in a new onei know my edge got screwed into like they put a new patch of base and everythingthey held up sick for end of season and into this seasonbut i just broke them even morethank god i just got a new pair;)good luck with your skis
