There are a few things a shop could do.
They could cut the edge replace it and patch the base, but if you want to use these skis on rails again, dont do this.
They could try to bend the edge back straight and press the base back flat. However bending the edge more will probably result in more damage to the edge.
What I would do, is gently try to bend the edge back. Fill with expoxy and clamp from top to bottom and side to side. This will reseal the ski and strengthen it back up. I would then just grind the base ridge flat so it will not catch.
The last method would last the longest I would think and you should definatly get to the end of this season, when it will prob be time to replace the skis anyway.
