Eclipse snow park?

It seems like that project has been fought steadily by the small & opinionated community that lives up there and wants to keep that place to themselves. Maybe those people finally got their way, it looks like eclipse stopped posting completely on their twitter feed back in November. I remember back when eclipse had a forum on their website, how all these bitchy locals got on there and chewed out eclipse. Seems sort of a shame to me, although I can see where people are coming from liking to have the peace and quiet of the mountains, its hardly like those people were the first people in the mountains or deserve the whole place to themselves.
 
yeah thats depressing. the ski community should pitch in and hire some douchey lawyer that can make the project happen
 
parking was going to be an issue even if they opened. like 50 spots to park up there. But st. Mary's is worth a good hike
