Who has an Echo pass this year?

I just moved down to Denver and am getting a pass to try to double up my days with some night shred. I dont know anyone in Denver or at Echo. What is it like? who wants to ski this season?

I can only ski in summit 2 days aweek with work.. Echo will give me 3 more days to ski. So I'll take whatever I can get.... Sounds like they need some more skiers to influence their park growth! Round the troops! ha.

echo is really small. get a loveland, same distance much bigger. echo is smaller then most small eastcost stuff i.e. 45 second ride down

echo hill sucks and is no shorter of a drive than loveland. in terms of distance its the closest but you have to drive up a super sketchy one lane road for what seems like hours.

im guessing you work during the day and would be hitting echo at night? Ive never been but from what I've heard nothing is maintained very well and it just gets super icy. My roommate is in a similar situation (working 8-6 week days) and was considering getting an echo pass just for night skiing

exactly. I work during the day... I have an epic pass already through work, I just need to ski more than 2 days a week... Plus the pass is super cheap right now. Moving to Denver = stupid... thought I needed a change but now that I can ski almost every day, I want to crawl in a hole while all my friends are out loving life.

Echo is alright - nothing to get real excited about though.....don't bother with it a day or two after any storm as they're slow to dig their features out.

Spring time up there can be quite fun but it really isn't that close

quite a few of you are missing the point to this pass. Skiing only 40 to 50 days a year if I ski EVERYDAY i have off is unacceptable. It may be just as far as a drive but it is open til 9 on days that I work = 3 more days a week to ski. I go from 2 days a week to 5... It does not matter at this point how shitty it is, I grew up at Mt. Brighton, Michigan, hahahaha, I have some reserved love for the shit hills of america. I moved away from heaven so now I will take what I can get and will be happy about it. Beggars cannot be choosers. :) Happy winter to all of you & looks like I will be skiing Echo solo.

legit! if you really want i could possibly hook you up with my roomate, she didn't get the pass only b/c she didn't want to be riding solo, but she may be down to try and meet someone to ride with...

i used to ski at night in wisconsin all the time and from what i hear echo is like a midwest hill. i know i could have fun there, it's just a matter of getting over ice and cold icy night skiing

hell yeah! i have a free ticket there that i think i have to use in the next 15 days, so i'm definitely going to make my way over in the next week or two

If you are going there to ride park shit, you'd be best to just stay home and have a bleach chugging contest with yourself.

Ohhhh. Thanks for the positive thoughts. Although any skiing is better than no skiing in my life.

Bought my pass, only gone once so far because of work. Saw 3 other skiers/nsers there (sticker on car) so maybe I'll be able to make some ski friends. cheers!
