EC Headwear on Karmaloop?

that's dope for EC...but i've only had poor experiences with karmaloop and their customer service is terrible.
 
seriously?
myself and my family have been ordering from karmaloop for the past few years, cumulatively spending thousands of dollars on many orders, and the entire time there hasn't been a single hiccup.
not only are their prices and selection ridiculous, but they ship DHL priority which reaches my house in BC from their outlet in Ohio in three days. that's including border time.
they're 100% legit in my books. you must have had a very isolated incident.
 
not hard to make 10+ orders from a reliable site for a family over a span of years...is that really a question?
 
i ordered from them twice...first time they sent the wrong size and it took forever to get things right. the second time they said something was wrong with our credit card and wanted me to email them a picture of the signature on the back. that sounded sketch so i canceled the whole order. probably not gonna buy from them again.
 
if you ordered off kazbah, you recieve items from the individual brands not from the karmaloop website so that could be why you had a bad incident. also, look in my sig if ya want a discount.
