i've heard the freshest is intended for super cold days, so with my hands, around 30 degrees haha. i may get a pair

If you read under each glove it has a description of each.

The Fresh glove is a true park glove, no insulation just straight thin for those urban adventures or late season conditions.

The Fresher Glove is the same, but with real soft fleece lining, which means it will be able to take a little colder weather.

The Freshest glove is the top of them all. It is not only lined with fleece, but also insulated with 80g of thinsulate. It will not be able to keep your hands toasty in 0 degree weather, but will deffinitly be pretty decent as the temps start to lower.
