EBay Troubles...

So I did something retarded, and bid on a camera without fully reading the description which was retardedly wrong, but the people who are selling it false advertised it, being i searched in the 8mp section and the camera is only 3.2 mp's, but in the title it says 8.
I filed a you can't fuckin do that complaint to ebay and reported it, but the biddings over and i've won this piece of shit 3.2 mp camera.
Anybody know anything I can do to not get bumped from ebay for not paying for it ( cause if i have to, all i'm gonna do is get it and send it back, which is a waste of my time and i have to pay for shipping )
I don't care if i get neg repped or whatever, i just don't want to have to pay this fucker for this wrongly advertised piece of shit.

yea can't you win a bid and just not pay for it? or are there repercussions to doing so?

i think if you win a bid and dont want it you can say that you dont want it and it goes to the next highest bidder?? im pretty sure you can do thatalso the false advertising should screw them because its just that...false advertising and that is criminal

its pretty clear false advertisment. i thought maybe it was just say 8 somewhere in the title and you assumed it was the MP...but ya, that says 8MP so you def wont have to pay for that

but you get a strike against your account, or you could get permanantly bumped from ebay

What you could do is NOT pay. Then they'll ban your IP and your username. All you have to do then, is google "how to change IP adress" Then you change your IP and boom. Make a new account you're in.
