are you serious?? it let me list it, and was on since saturday and all of a sudden they'r like umm no we wont let you list this????? wtf.

that really doesnt make sense that they would pull it for that. its not like you said "giro 9 not smith red bern k2" i see tons of auctions like that going unnoticed. yours getting pulled for listing the item condition in the title is crazy

I've put phrases like "preferred over Burton" before for fun and they still got pulled. Kind of a stinker, but I guess that is against the rules and gets people to look at auctions they don't necessarily want to. I didnt think yours was bad though. Boo Ebay.

yeah, iv definitly seen like new on items before but it still reeeally ticks me off b/c i kinda needed w/e money i got from it this weekend. but now i'll just have to relist it for another $2.00 or w/e it is. and i'll definitly just put one of the things suggested like; mint, lightly used, barely used, slightly used... you get the point. oh well. stupid ebay.
