hmm. well you shouldn't eat more than 4 or 5 units of carbs at a time, and each unit is 15 grams of sugar, so that would be 75 grams of simple sugars maximum, and each cube weighs how much? a little more than 5 grams maybe. so just don't eat more than 13 or 14 at a time and you should not get diabetes.
