Eating Sea Critters Alive?

Anyone ever done it?

I've started to just eat some raw crayfish in ponds around town. It may seem gross to some but the meat part is delicious.

Hell, go try eating some hermit crabs, smash that buddy open with a rock and eat the crab live. Not bad I must say.

Those snails on the rocks at low tide are pretty good also.

I'm pretty sure they're nutritious.

Fucking no, crayfish are like a mix between shrimp and lobster, (it honestly doesn't taste like lobster) but they're popable like shrimp

I have eaten a clam immediately by cracking the shell and giving it a quick saltwater rinse. I do not recommend it.

i concur.

littlenecks, quahogs and oysters are my favorite.

but op, i dont recommend eating those crawfish raw man...you can get super sick. cook em up and put some of that spicy seasoning in, crack a beer and enjoy.

i tried cooking and eating mussels from a lake once when i was drunk camping with a bunch of other nsers...not a good idea.
