EAT SNOW

this one time we took a bottle of water and put in yellow food coloring, and dumped it all the way down a hill (yea we have really short hills) and then later this chick fell at the top of the hill and slid all the waqy down thru the yellow snow, she was freaking out.

i have no life

i eat snow when im thirsty and dnt have a drink and dnt want to head in, wait why is it bad for you?????

i only eeat fresh natural snow. the artificial stuff has some wierd protein in it and i dont know what it does so i dont eat it. i doubt its very bad for you but id rather just eat frozen water that is protein free.

are you in grade 2?/??? and the answer to why is snow bad...car pollution is in the air foever and it gets in the clouds and the snow falls with the chemicals in it

wen i was hikin this one tome...i put a cherry candy thing in my mouth but didnt eat it...then u put snow in ur mouth and let it mix and its like an instant slush puppy, sooo good

the reason that you shouldnt eat snow if you are dehydrated is that It takes more energy to heat up the snow to digest than energy and hydration the snow produces. So in reality though soothing, youll just become less hydrated

the pollution that is in the air, it wouldent happen to be the same air we happen to breath **gasp**

eating snow isn't bad for you. infact its delcious

Did you know that you should never eat snow? Well if you didn't know that, it's a good thing that you came here. The reason you shouldn't eat snow is because snowflakes form on small pieces of dust. When they fall from the clouds they pick up pollution in the air. The pollution sticks to the snowflake, then the flake falls to the ground. If you eat the snow you might also be eating pollution and dirt.

In 37 A.D. the emperor of Rome (Nero) had his servants get snow down from the tops of mountains and bring it back to his palace. After they brought it to him, he had them mix it with honey or fruit juices for him to eat.

The cleanest snow is in Antarctica. Because Antarctica is far away from cities and their pollution, the snowflakes aren't as dirty. The snow there might even be clean enough to eat.

Here is an experiment to show how clean the snow in your city really is.

You Will Need:

a plastic container that is empty, clean, and has a lid

a coffee filter or piece of paper towel

a bowl

a magnifying glass

1. Go outside and fill the container with fresh snow

2. Put the lid on the container and let it melt inside

3. After it has melted place and hold the coffee filter or paper towel over the bowl. Pour the melted snow slowly over the filter or paper into the bowl. Can you see dirt and stuff piling up on the paper or filter? If you can't tell, use the magnifying glass.

After reading this, do you want to eat anymore snow?

wow i was scared i would read the whole thing with out seeing someone who know thier shit. i still eat at least a hand full every time im at the hill though.

MAN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!you know a lot of stuff about snow...all I knew about it is that u can ski on it and...eat it!

not at ski places cause its like wack there but fresh snow is so sweet. Like the best thing i have ever tasted

that's bullshit, dirt? dirt is not going to hurt anyone. pollution in the air? same air were breathing, so you should stop breathing too.

If anyone is really worried about some chemicals or pollution in their snow, maybe they should think about what is in their food.

eating snow only makes you more thirsty... i read it somewhere. Because you body has to work to heat the snow enough to melt it and make it drinkable it just makes u thirstier

chillin in the BC eating some snow in deep powder is good!

and yes it makes you thirsty..Wierd since its water, probably because its so little
