they came out two years ago when Crowbars were first released. Eastern Boarders is a group of boarders than makes their own apparel. It is the same thing as a company like Armada teaming up with Oakley to make an Armada Crowbar. They are popular in the North East where Eastern Boarders originated. You can find them online.
