PS. it's kinda amusing due to the fact that no one has ever been ripped off..... I have had disputes with buyers/sellers that have been drawn out for legitimate extenuating circumstances, but since I joined in 2004 or whenever, have sold/traded/bought hundreds and hundreds of things and never "ripped anyone off."
