Any resorts in the east have a good amount of snow or are going to get some over the next few weeks? looking to go somewhere for break.

Killington is your best bet for most terrain and natural snowfall right now.
The other main VT areas such as Mt Slow, Stratton, Okemo, Sugarbush, Stowe are probably one step behind, but not far. Good snowmaking temps most this week should help all out and get them to decent trail count and coverage by Xmas weekend and beyond.
