East coast urban and backcountry?

I was wondering if someone could tell me the locations of some urban rails in nh. also, this may be asking a bit much for east coast haha, but if anyone knows of any potential backcountry spots let me know
 
Its a bit of a hike but go to the border, then hike for 28 weeks and youll hit the sickest backcountry!!
