what ski area are currently opening in the east or are opening within the next couple of weeks?

i know about killington on the 16, mount snow is allready open and sunday river.

are there any otheres?

please post ski areas in the east with opening dates sometime soon.

thats like, south. but for realll east coast, Okemo opens this weekend, killy, an a few others maybe stratton idk
 
sugarbush and jay peak are supposed to open thanksgiving! stowe probably around the same time b/c they all have snow!

They weren't pretending. They had the snow all in piles, and decided not to push it because they're calling for rain this week. So they just blew more, and they should be opening Friday. Lots of kids came and seshed the rail, so it was an ok day for them. Plus they got free food!

I never thought I could find a more ghetto homepage than my hills page was a few years ago, but Woodbury takes the title.
 
if temps stay right than i would say almost all VT/NH mountains should be opening by thanksgiving (i think)...i know that stratton is shooting for thanksgiving eve (the day before thanksgiving) and okemo around the same time too
 
I think everyone really pushes for thanksgiving so they can have condo sales for that long weekend...If they are not open for that first longweekend that is where they will lose some cash
 
my little hills website is pretty ghetto, we dont have any photos, videos, or webcams, so thunderridgeskiarea.com is officially most ghetto, but yea, i went to woodbury on nov 4 last year
 
im going on a trip to killington weekend after thanksgiving so it should be open soon i think, wachussetts (sp) is supposed to open on the 23rd last time i checked
 
I thought it was the 23rd? Correct me id I'm wrong. I'll be bummed if they abandoned the 23rd with cold weather coming for all of next week. (forecasted)
