East Coast skiers = steeze

so ive been looking at all of the steeziest skiers out them and it seems a majority of them come from the east(wallisch, steepe, brogan, ahmet, mike clarke, etc). is this a cowincindence(spelling i no) or is this because they never had the perfect features like the ones out west so they put all there effort in style. O ya and i know that there are still a ton of steezy guys from out west like carlson and hornbeck.

So what do you guys think

Just fyi Hornbeck is straight outta Michigan... definitely not out west. But I do agree with you, the east produces some sick steeze.

That is a potential controversial statement...haha...i like the tricks he does. Theres just something about his hands/arms. Props to him for KOS though i guess...But yeah you forgots MARTINI...EC represent

alot of steeze kid do come from the east and i think its because the east has a different vibe. I dont know there something different that pushes style more then trick difficulty.

probably just made no sence but i get it

my bad for messing up hornebeck with delrome, i was thinkin jiberish edit haha, and martini is steezy as hell

haha woord. its cuz east coast skiers are used to skiing on absolute crap alot of the time

for example.....little bro. kids very talented (and im sure youll hear about him when hes all growed up), like 900s at age 10, and the minute we took him out west it was even scarier how good he was.

I think it is because kids from the east have to work just THAT much harder. I'm not dissing anyone from out west or anything, but most of us from the east have to work with what we got, and it usually aint much.

because once they learn the trick, which they do very very fast due to the small hills and the ridiculous repetition , they have nothing else to do but work on the style of the trick. it'd be hard to work on anything else w/ a vertical of 300-500ft.

whoz your little brudder? i may have heard of him already lol.

and i agree with you. they say that if you can ski the ice coast, you can ski anywhere.

West Coast has always brought the best style. Tanner, Pep, Pollard, Sammy, Schiller Hood locals no one has heard of....

i actually think that the america revolution is a war not a forming society or anything like that, but anyways... fuckkkkkk you win. you got me.

Well as i see the people from New Hampshire, Maine, Vermont, Quebec, and some other far eastcoast dont have it that bad compared to Ontario and some other places. My family goes on vacation to places like Vermont because of the "great skiing" (yah i know sad eh?)

jp auclair, vinny d, philou, three fillz all from quebec right?

basically the way i see it west coasters are too spoiled to really want to get after it too hard.

I dunno, gus has some awesome tricks and he does em good but i don't think he does it with style. On the east coast you learn to ride ice and pull yourself out of bad situations, and thats where the syle comes from

Rainville is from the east coast, as well as josh berman. and dumont, vanular, wesson, ahmet, martinis, logan, a lot of others from quebec too

the east coast makes better skiers, if you can ski solid ice it shapes you into a better skier, so then you go out west and shred gs turns in crud and powi also think a lot of ec kids ski only park whereas out west everyone kinda skis both so the good park skiers from the ec have basically skied park every day they've skied
