East Coast Powder

My buddies and I are planning on doing a road trip this Winter to some places up in the New England area. My question is: Where is the best skiing for those who want to get their powder/backcountry fix? I know this is the Ice Coast but gotta make do with whatcha got.

Tuckermans ravine. Classic east coast backcountry. Lift serviced Jay peak pukes snow compared to everywhere else in new england. Mad river has some gnar trees, sugarloaf is lift assisted slack country, and I heard that the adirondacks in new york has some back country trails.

Jay peak for great lift accessed skiing and mt Mansfield is sick if you planning on skinning/hiking. Both locations are in vt

ADacks have some great hike to ski terrain

also i like to hike prospect mt (closed years ago)
