i was there last saturday, but the customs hates me. i suppose i look really sketchy or something. last time it took almost 3 hours to get through the border. but i may decide to go there again this weekend with my dad to visit my brother who coaches there

i would say something like, you try to keep up in an east coast glade with trees so close you gotta hold your breath to clean them, but im not an asshole. so ill say this, 'we live on the east coast, which sucks, but instead of bitching that we dont have 8,000 feet of vert, we would rather just ski what we have, and make the most of powder days.' i think i speak for all of us icecoasters with that one.

oh yea..... defanately appreciate it more. i went skiing @ jiminy peak last week for the 2 foot storm. wow. i never thought i'd see that much snow south of rutland. ever. i mean, airing off of trails to 2 feet of powder? in massachusetts? wow.
sorry, little off topic. jay is really sweet, and has the terrain to back up the snowfall... or the snowfall to back up the terrain. and their open woods policy rocks. noone yelling at you all the time.

anyone remember the bomber weekend at Jay 2 seasons ago in March? Sickest weekend i can recall. about 80 some-odd inches in a 3 day period. Needless to say, best 2 days of east coast skiing.....ever......makes me question why i moved out west...j/k
