East coast holding down

The East Coast has to be holding the best snow in the nation right now. In Vt there is pow pow and great coverage every not to mention another 2 feet tonight into tomorrow. This is the first time where it is good to be on the east coast

Sure, but whis got snow this weekend too, and they have a glacier. But i guess whis probably doesn't count, does it?

all the mtn's near me are either closed or have no terrain park whatsoever cuz they figured they dont need it at the end of the season

yeah it is sick. but smuggs closed today, such bs. they closed because no more toursits are coming and they aren't making any money. i went today and they had as much snow as they did peak season. its bullshit. if i buy a seasons pass i want to ski until there isn't any snow left, not when my mountain feels like closing. i mean every trail was open and it was sick! snowing all day and its the most consistent part of the year for snow conditions. fucking smuggs!!........

whiteface had the slides open today, if any of you have been to whiteface you know how big of a deal that is for april 15th

We might have mad snow, but I don't know what this is about all the mountains staying open haha.

They are all closing, dropping like flies.

We still got alot of snow for the shitty season we have had this year.

id never thought id be saying this but the east coast is where it's at and I heard Jay peak is going offffff

you said it. most mountains are closed anyways cause the only people that go at this time of year are seasons pass holders that go all the time. so they are not making any money by running lifts, cause no one is buying tickets.

But Wait! Whiteface is closed all this week but the weeknd coming up it is going to be open, so be there!

thats what mtns need to do! stay open on weekends until there isnt enough snow to operate

ya this weekend at w face will be the last weekend but we still have a park with a couple of nice jumps it will be sunny and 55 so come up and have a party

you say the "east coast" y not make it more specific and say the north east? cuz rite now.. the southeast aint getting nothing. just high wind and rain. the season's already gone and past.

Sadly resorts close because of insurance purposes, not tourists or any other reason. Resorts are insured to operate to a set date. To gamble on a season where the winter hasn't showed its face til April 15th, is not worth it financially for most resorts.
