Easiest Way to get goggle foam to punch out??

im trying to get the foam on the nose of my spy omegas to punch out so they are more comfy when sagging. I have phenoms that i got from on here that were punched out so they are perfect. But whats the easiest way to do this? is it just wearing them for awhile? or is there a secret?
