Anyone know if there's a way to deactivate this shits, without merely taking them off, of course. Im wondering, since they're magnetic, if you could use a powerful magnet or somthing from the outsite to deactivate them..
 
are you talking about the little tabs on the outside of consumer electronics pacakages.

i prefer ripping them off.

or are you talking about the tags that are on the clothes at crombie, then you just rip them off too

or the ones they put on the alcohol at shaws, because dont scratch that off with a key, get a good grip, pull slowly and hopefully get the whole tag off with one swift pull.
 
the little tabs that are usually on CDs and shit. I'm wondering if, since alot of DVDs actually have them inside, there's a way to fuck them up without having to open the package. I'm pretty sure an industrial magnet would work..
 
yea espicially sumthing like a cd might as well just dl it off the i-net

hate when people brag bout stealing stupid shit like kids at my school steal cookies and think there the most badass person in the world (keep in mind these are 11th graders)

personally id rather just pay 50 cents for some cookies
 
Sure, I'd agree for the most part, especially if it's from another person. But, with huge corporations that rely on 500% profit margins to pay their executives, stealing a 25 dollar CD that should cost 5 doesn't seem that big of a deal; plus, I'll make it up to the band some other way. Furthermore, my computer is way too shitty to download anything in under a few weeks.

actually i'm gonna give some good tips so listen up

at crombie, they are fuckin idiots, rip the tag off (its not ink, dont worry) put it on, wear it around for a bit making sure no one working there saw you walk in, and leave. for the shitwater 50 dollar a bottle perfume, theres a little metal tab on the inside of the box, take the bottle out, rip the tag off, throw it somewhere, and walk away. dont be overly sneaky, because they notice that. its mad easy. i walked away with 6 bottles of fierce in my hands from the register with it folded up inside a shirt. they're stupid, they just restack product. plus they deserve it, 70 for a button up shirt i can get at wal-mart, of course not bitch.
