I'm sure they took your poorly written suggestion very seriously, as with the rest of the 13 year olds making video game suggestions.
 
Jesus christ. Use some class when submitting ideas to them. Not "YO WHATS UP YOU GUYS SHOULD LIKE MAKE A SKI GAME LIKE SKATE 1, 2 & 3."

just ask that kid who's best friend's buddy has a contact who's father is a higher up at ea. it's being done as we speak. They're putting so many millions of dollars into research though to make sure they get it just right.

 
the major issue that i have with your letter is that you claimed SSX to be old and out of date. in reality, SSX style maneuvers have no history in our sport, thus making it impossible to be out of date. personally i feel that skis-off-midair tricks are the future of freestyle, making SSX the most progressive video game ever made. it just needs some time to come into its own. maybe you should write a letter to the pros and ask them to be more like SSX on tour?

just thought i would add my own two cents to this already valuable thread.

Yes indeed.

And EA will continue to make snowboarding games and shit on the skiers. The skiing in ssx is the best you're gonna get
 
see that is your problem, writing quickly to respond to something on a forum or a friend is perfectly fine, but when you are sending an actual letter to someone who you hope will take you and your idea seriously then that is when you need to proofread and plan out the letter.
 
I also like how he requests they make a successful game. I'm not sure that EA sets out to make flops, and failures of games.

we can appreciate the effort, but for the time being, nothing is going to happen.
