EA Skate or TH Proving Grounds?

They should make a game exactly like skate, except instead of skateboarding, skiing. Filming your own movie segments would be sooooooo sick.
 
i have been playing the skate demo for the last 2 hours straight and i just bought bioshock and madden 08. honestly it is one of the best games i have ever played. amazing game. the controls are a bitch but they work, it actually takes alot of work to do a boardslide, it doesnt have fucking moon physics like tony hawk, all around a better game. i would take the demo of this over every tony hawk game ever made. ITS THAT GOOD!
 
the physics and realism of skate are really nice, but i gotta get used to the camera angle and the controls after so much tony hawk
 
skate has its own little editing video shoot thing too, you can do a replay and change the angle and stuff like that. Grinds are so sick in this game haha, I just got my ass handed to me by this rail like 10 times
 
skate demo is amazing. fuck tony hawk games from now on, they are useless. the fact that you get a tingle in your spine when u land a new trick just brings video games to a new level. when do you feel like you accomplished something when you learn a new trick in tony hawk? haha
 
Bahaha, skates editing mode you can put online at ea.com and vote for segments, the editor is 10 better than tony hawks
 
what really pisses me off is that ea can make a good skating game and prob took a while to make and get all the inputs from teh pros and stuff but they still cant make a good snowboarding game? i think a snowboarding game would be easier to make then a skate game. if only they make a skiing game....
 
i played skate demo and it is soooooooo sick...really hard to get the hang of mostly learning how do the flip tricks and grinds good r the hardest but it is such a dope game
 
9/12/2007 its dropping for the 360.

The demo is sick by the way. WAY different that THPS. You control the ollies, flips with the toggles. Kind of like Project 8's "Nailed" Feature.

The demo also said that there will be a Video playback/editor, feature.
