After seeing his rip off i e-mailed him

1a. (trying to get in so i can spam) After looking around Newschoolers.com for a while i realisded that its gone to hell, your site looks like a new hope. Can i become part of what a true skiing site should be?

1b.Sounds like bullshit to me. I know that everysingle newschooler’s member hates this site and wants only to spam it.

2a.Like 5 min after i e-mailed you i actuly went alnd looked around and noticed its not a skiing site. My big question is why did you rip off NS so so so so so........ baddly?

2b. Cos its an awesome design. Plus why do you care? I could understand if you were Harvey or someone but you aint. To you its just another website, not like you put any effort into it or anything?

3a.I didnt put any effort? I put alot more in then you, the 4500 or so posts make the site what is it, so dose eveyone elses. Your just a no talent theif, dosent take much to buy a book on HTML, get hosting and steal a web page that some one else has spent many many years makeing. Harvey and alot of other members have made the site what it is, and you go and take there work and pawn it off as your own becuse you are lazy.

3b.Well done, you can post. What a skill. Yes the sites design was ‘stolen’ but I didn’t take a single line of Harvey’s code. There is no way I can see what Harvey wrote (view source is an output not a code by the way). I know HTML like a second language; PHP is what I code in. I run my own dedicated server. Just you try and even get close to running your own. No talent eh? Well everyone’s entitled to their own opinion. I’m surprised at your offence, just shows the extent of your life is a webpage that somebody else made. Bit of a waste if you ask me.

The part that really gets me, is not so much that the whole design/concept/categories/text/even screen names were ripped off, but the part that he assumes full credit for everything.. for example, as seen under the description for the 'forums'

get off his case about his site. he saw newschoolers and drew from it. the site is his own, he did all the coding, and he's not trying to compete with newschoolers. i used to be on the site like a year ago and he's really a cool guy, so just get off his case and let him do his own thing.

What I’m saying is that your love and patriotism towards a site which you did not create (no number of posts will get you close to the feeling of having made a page adored by thousands; such as Harvey) and to go as far as take it upon yourself to mail me abuse and a pathetic argument reflects on the waste of 5 mins (or less) that you spend writing an email telling me this when I blatantly don’t care about your or anybody else’s opinion unless they have a direct influence towards me.

Im a huge tool fan, have been from an early age and spelt it that way cause Iw as a dumbass with a burnt CD from a friend who wrote that on the CD.

MC is years old that is version 5 (after various server crashes etc) so previous records which would back me up were deleted. Also, you obviously have the skill in php.. you could use the fundamentals of ns that you like (leave the coding the same. The coding you have works - it's simple, it's clean) and use some addional alterations/improvements just on the design. That way it sets Mountain Canon apart and gives it a little 'unique' touch to it. and no one could give you a hard time.
