Dynastar warranty, Look PX12 problem

So I have my dynastar troublemakers and on the bases in the front "corners" where the edge meets the metal tip thing, its starting to delam. Its not terrible but I dont want it to rip out when Im busing a huge trick and throw me on my face. Another problem is right under the boot, on my grindside edges of both skis, there are small cracks in the edge, 2 cracks on one ski - 8 cracks on the other ski, which I also dont want to rip out throwing me on my face.

Onto my look PX 12s. On my left ski, the heel peice is "loose' in the binding. All the screws are tight, but when I step into the binding and shake my ski I can feel it wiggling and there is some play in it. Its not really a problem I dont think, but more of an annoyance. Im getting new bindings soon so I dont care much about them, but I was more wondering if this is happening to anyone else? Its really scary spinning off rails when your ski feels like it will fly off your boot.

Anybody?
 
Im not wondering about a warranty on the bindings, just the skis. Im just wondering if anybody else is haveing the same binding problem as I am.
 
the problem is that your skiing on dynastars, i have had 2 pairs of concepts and 2 pairs of troublemakers all with the same problem
 
Is the delam from an impact - i.e is there a visible mark where you have hit something? If not, throw a warranty claim at them, if there are signs of impact you are probably SOL
 
Thanks to the guy that said dynastar sucks, thats exactly the advice I was looking for...

And no, there is no direct impact to the places of the delam... but there park skis so there blasting off jumps and stuff and slapping down from jumps and stuff?
