there a great ski everywere on the mountain(park + pipe) but as soon as u touch the rails with them they fall apart. ive had my laroses on snow for 6days and the edges have 8 cracks and one edge is coming off the ski. wow thats worse that my lines. why dont they get more flak from peps there should be warning lables on them that say will explode if they come into contact with metal.

cry me a fuckin river. I still ride my concepts with an exposed core, and they're holding together just fine, and still slide rails clean. If you're gonna slide rails, do it with a cheap pair or some used pair instead of bitching all the time. Spending 400+ bucks just to fuckin wreck the skis in a week is the dumbest thing you can do.

bitch.

A friend of mine has Troublemaker. He fucks up his ski by riding the tarmac, jumping in the backcountry and landing in the bottom of the biggest bigairs... He doesn't seems to have ANY problems with TM from Dynastar...

Once you started skiing, it is hard to stop...

Here in the south, if you hit a jump like that, you don't land in powder. You land on dirt. And you hit another jump like that, you land on a horse.

It's a love hate relationship...

ok you need to realise that twin tip skis arent really made to last forever like the old straight skis ok.... any ski you slid on a rial is going to have the same damage done to it after awhile. so zip it

I have elans...and the third rail protects the base. the edges didnt show weakness from rails, underfoot. but somehow, they start to tear off at the tip...but I put epoxy and didnt have trouble again. my friends 1080 got raped underfoot though

Yeah, that happened to mine too - 3 of the 4 edges started to peel at the tips. I fixed them up and the same started happening but I let it get bad and just warrantied them - my boss told me to try to break them because delams were a known issue this year supposedly. The third edge does nothing at all in my opinion. Still, really nice skis that more people should try out.

holyshit, never knew it was that bad, but ive heard ppl complain alot. if the 07 doesnt do better, which it should cuz they have new edges. then thats complete bullshit and stupidity on their part

i have around 30-40 days on the '07 TMs and not a single crack.

I have about 15 days on the '06 TMs and not a single crack.

kids need to detune their shit, and detune it well

my theory is that TMs are like crack, and dynastar knows it. they are pretty much the most perfect park ski ever created and everyone that rides them becomes addicted to them, so dynastar makes the edges shitty so that they break all the time and u have to buy new ones, since everyone gets addicted to them like crack

ive heard a lot of trouble makers lose their edging...so what about the crighton pros cuz i railed those about 5 days and they seemed fine

they're fine for rails until you learn spins on, switch ups, and gaps on. They they go down the drain.

Ive never had major troubles with my TM's. I file the edgs down a little every time i get a new pair

i detuned mine with a grinder, and they've been going strong for 2 months and only a single edge crack. still worse than your average ski though.

detuning helps alot though.
