Dying outriggers?????

search bar, theres tons out there, but basically u boil food colour and dip the riggers in

You want to use RIT dye. You can find it at big grocery stores. You use water after a boil so it's nice and warm and you make sure to fully submerge them for a while depending on how dark you want them.
